Warranty Terms and Conditions

All products and services are covered for 1-year from the date of service for parts and lifetime (defined as usable lifetime of the device) for labor.

This means that it has been tested, benchmarked and certified to be of the upmost quality. Any part which fails during this time period shall be replaced free of charge to the client. The labor that is covered under this warranty implies that the product has had all parts installed correctly, and all software installed correctly.

This warranty does not cover customer inflicted damage, virus removal, nor incorrectly installed programs from the client. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover laptop batteries, damage to charger ports, or data lost on a failing drive that the customer has brought in. While these items are tested, and are in correct operational condition when the customer has received the item, these parts degrade over time, and cannot be covered by this warranty. These parts however are covered under the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

All items purchased from Charitable Computing may be returned with 7 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked, and receive a full refund. All Items are returnable for 30 days from date of purchase, and may be exchanged with another item of equal value. After that time, the item will only be covered under the standard warranty terms and conditions.
